 Typically I try to eat 5-7 small portions a day rather than 3 big meals. I try and replace junk foods for snacking with yogurt, granola or fruit. Try and make sure you can burn the amount of calories you intake. Practicing these habits keeps me energized so I can do the things I want to accomplish throughout each day. |
